摘要 PURPOSE:To make the adjustment and controlling of demand easy by displaying the electric energy having been used up to now in % for the preset electric energy in supervising and controlling demand so as not to exceed the contract demand within the set time limit. CONSTITUTION:Within the set time limit, a time pulse generator 1 emits a pulse at each unit time and a watthour meter 11 generates a KWH pulse at each fixed unit electric energy. These pulses are inputted to an arithmetic unit 4 through an input buffer circuit 2 and are operated together with the foregoing unit time pulse and the set power Ws based on the contract from a setter 3. As a result, the unit 4 obtains the electric energy from the initial period of the time limit up to now from the counts of unit electric energy pulses at each fixed time, obtains the electric energy use rate % P up to now in terms of the ratio of this and the set electric energy (the product of the set power and demand time limit) and displays the same in a numerical device 5. Hence, the supervisor intuitionally knows at what ratio the electric energy having been used up to now is with respect to the set electric energy, thus the future adjustment and control become easy.
