PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve economical efficiency by decreasing amounts of consumption of ink and printing paper while productivity is improved by shortening a time of preparation until running on. SOLUTION: An ink roller group 3 is composed of an ink fountain 4, an ink ductor group 6 between a forme roller 12 and an ink distributing roller 15, and an ink vibrating roller 14. The ink fountain 4 is equipped with an ink fountain roller 6, which is formed of its peripheral face, a fountain key 7 and a pair of ink weirs 8, and ink 10 is reserved therein. A relay roller 17 coming in contact with the distributing roller 15 in printing is pivotally attached to a rod 16a of an air cylinder 16. Then, the rod 16a advances in recovery of ink or in forming of an ink film, and the relay roller 17 comes kin contact with the vibration roller 14 and the fountaing roller 6. |
