PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed parts efficiently by increasing the number of parts to be carried without widening a space for a parts feed portion, and prevent an operating efficiency from being reduced due to the shortage of parts. SOLUTION: A plurality of columns Y having parts-containing holes 3 arranged in the longitudinal direction of a parts-carrying tape 1 are provided in the width direction thereof, and a plurality of rows X are formed in the width direction in such a manner that one parts-containing hole 3 in each column Y and a through-hole 6 for a parts push-up member 5, which is provided at a corresponding position in the adjacent column Y, are arranged side by side. The parts carrying tape 1 in which the parts-containing holes 3 and the through-holes 6 are arrayed so that a position of the columns Y having the part-containing holes 3 positioned in each row X is changed in the longitudinal direction according to a predetermined rule, is intermittently transferred in the longitudinal direction by an array pitch PX of the row X in the direction of the row X at a time, and the position of each row X is allowed to be successively led to a parts feed position C. It is so designed that parts contained in the parts-containing holes 3 in any of the columns Y corresponding to the row X led to this parts-feed position C are reliably picked up at a pick-up position shifted according to the above-mentioned rule.
