The parent patent described mounting-bracket for heating pipes, esp. for floor heating pipes installed in coils or "snaking" pattern, comprising a plastics profiled bar extending transversely to the pipes, with a base from which a mounting-"leg" stands away. This "leg" has apertures at predetermined intervals along the length of the bar, adapted to receive the heating pipes. In the addn. into each aperture of the "leg" there is a pipe-take-up part fitted which extends the length of the "leg" and which has its own apertures for fitting the heating pipe into it. This pipe-take-up part is made of softer plastics than the mounting-"leg". The improvement renders the mounting-bracket more adaptable to installation conditions than the originally claimed articles.
