FIELD: telephone systems. SUBSTANCE: device and method provide series of call transmissions to sequence of spare numbers C during operations of standard cellular communication network by means of generation of unique identifier for each call and allowing home register to coordinate and spread sequence of calls which are sent to same mobile hand set. Register is ultimate in database, spare numbers C are located in priority list of calls. Each spare number is connected to sets of unique identifying numbers. When call is processed by mobile hand sets, message with request for switching to number with unique identifier is transmitted from mobile hand set to register. Register processes request, searches list of spare numbers and transmits optimal spare number to mobile handset to terminate the call. If call cannot be terminated, this process is repeated until call is terminated or list of priority call transmission is exhausted. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 26 cl, 15 dwge
