FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: dextrorotatory isomer of 6-(5- -chloro-2-pyridyl)-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-5-carbonyloxy-7- -oxo-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo-[3,4-b] -pyrazine and its pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salt. Compound is synthesized by splitting the corresponding racemate using D-(+)-O,O'-dibenzoyltartaric acid in organic solvent. Pharmaceutical composition has an active substance indicated above at effective amount and pharmaceutically acceptable additions.
