SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing the complex polyetherpolyol (hydroxyl group content is 13.5-15.5%), surface-active substance (OL-7 or OL-10), triethylamine and water followed by addition of amorphous boron at amount 0.2-0.25 mas. p. per 100 mas. p. p. reaction mixture, stirring up to uniform boron distribution and addition of diurethane diethylene glycol containing 28-31% NCO-groups. Agent is used as cleansing material. EFFECT: improved method of making.
