SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle with balancing control includes flexible profiled closed wing of tandem aerodynamic configuration with swept-back lifting surface and swept-forward rear lifting surface; wing is secured on skeleton having mast, actuator trapezium, longitudinal beam, front pair of side beam and rear pair of side beams. Each side beam of each pair is connected with longitudinal beam and corresponding side beam by means of hinges; each side beam of rear pair is connected with longitudinal beam for simultaneous sliding along its longitudinal axis.
