FIELD: mechanized spraying of working liquid. SUBSTANCE: cutoff device has spring bias force regulating mechanism made in the form of drawing bolt with axial through channel for receiving plunger stem having widened portion at the end projecting from drawing bolt. Cutoff device is further provided with washer disposed between casing and valve and manufactured from material having low friction coefficient. Union upper end may be positioned at different levels above inner liquid discharge pipe. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 2 dwgs
