<p>A mechanically commutated electric motor is proposed, having a brush holder which comprises guide rails (17, 18) for longitudinally guiding engagement into corresponding guide grooves (19, 20) in a brush (11). The arrangement of the brush holder (10) is effected in such a way that a location opening (14) for the brush (11) formed by the guide rails (17, 18) lies substantially in a plane defined by a motor axis (22) and a perpendicular (37) to said motor axis (22) or slightly inclined thereto.</p> |
