<p>The process for transforming polychloride-biphenyl (PCB) into inert residue comprises the mixing of two solid absorbent additives, hydrated calcium sulfate also commonly called gypsum, and hydrated magnesium silicate also commonly called sepiolite, with the polychloride-biphenyl (PCB), in approximate amounts of one part comprised of said polychloride-biphenyl (PCB) and another part comprised of the hydrated calcium sulfate and of the hydrated magnesium silicate, of 40 % and 60 % approximately, respectively.</p> |
