An end-stop (16) on the roller (5) lever (6) cooperates with a recess (15) on the endface of one of the two conveyor frame stringers (2,3), with end-stop and recess etc. fixed mechanically relative to one another. The lever rotates in a slot (14) and is mechanically fixed in position. The interval between the lever bearing and the bearing (18) of the roller equals that between bearing and end-stop. Both bearings are arranged in the same plane as the end-stop and recess. The lever is designed as a triangular plate with bearing as one corner point and with end-stop, pin and the slot pin (19) forming the triangle base, the pin ends threaded for knurled nuts run tight to hold the lever immovably to the respective stringer.
