Multistorey storage facility for motor vehicle sales

The storage facility has a central height-adjustable vehicle handling device (R) which can rotate about a central axis. A number of vehicle storage locations(F1-F8) are positioned about the central axis in a regular polygon within each storage plane. The entry and exit of the vehicles to and from the storage facility is effected without requiring respective terminals via direct access to one of the storage locations. The storage facility has a transparent external cladding for easy viewing of the stored vehicles.
