Active agent combination for foaming pharmaceuticals and cosmetics

Active agent combination comprises (a) at least one 1 surface active substance of formula (Ia); (b) at least one surface active substance of formula (Ib); (c) at least one surface active substance of formula (Ic); and (d) at least one water soluble pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable UV filter substance. R = 1-24C alkyl; R1, R2 = H or 1-24C alkyl; R3-R5 = H, or 8-24C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid optionally mono- to tri-substituted by OH; R6 = 6-24C acyl; and n = 0-8. Also claimed are (1) a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition in the form of a foam containing (I)-(III), (e) an aqueous phase which optionally contains soluble and/or dispersible substances, especially further UV filters; and (f) optionally an oil phase which optionally contains soluble and/or dispersible substances, especially further UV filters; and (2) use of the active agent combination to produce foam-form cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
