<p>A display (200) is releasably mounted on the outside of an enclosure (100). The display (200) may be released from the enclosure (100) upon gaining access to the inside of the vending machine (100). The sign (200) includes a rear panel (220), which is secured to the door (120) of the vending machine (100), and a front panel which is connected to the rear panel by means of a hinge. A fastener (252) on the front panel (240), disposed generally opposite the hinge (239), protrudes through a hole (232) in the rear panel (220) and into an opening (132) in the vending machine door (120). The relative sizes of the fastener (252) and the hole (232) are such that a portion of the fastener (252) snaps into place on the opposite side of the rear panel (220).</p> |
