The device has a main punch unit of cutter pins (1.1,1.2) and bores (1.3,1.4), and additional punch units (1.5,1.6) at a small distance to these. The additional units are located between or outside the main units. Filing strips have additional holes near the fastening holes, for insertion of the projecting metal tongues. One of the two tongues is wider, and has a bore. The other tongue is narrow and is inserted into the opposite bore.
