<p>A polyacetal resin composition which has improved compatibility, dispersibility, and interfacial adhesion between a polyacetal resin and an olefinic polymer and excellent friction and abrasion properties. The composition is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin (A) with 0.5 to 100 parts by weight of a particular modified olefinic polymer (B), 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of an alkylene glycol polymer (C) bearing primary or secondary amino groups and having a number average molecular weight of 400 to 500,000 and 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (D), and melt-kneading the mixture.</p> |
