Signal generation arrangement for neuro-sedation

The arrangement includes a signal generator (1) consisting of integrated main assembly groups such as signal generator (3), current regulator (4), and circuit breaker (5) for producing and changing electric signals for application to compact electrode carrier (2). The electrode carrier comprises two electrode pairs which are positioned, in dependence on the proportions of a user in an electrode distance between 1 and 20 cm, at the forehead, as well as in the neck of the user. One of each electrode pairs is connected as a cathode and/or as an anode, and the produced signals have the form of positive pulses with a pulse sequence frequency between 500 Hz and 5000 Hz, as well as a pulse length from 5 to 85 percent of the corresponding period. The output size of the produced signals is kept constant with respect to load resistance changes, and is limited to a maximal value, such that the signals are automatically discontinued after a freely selectable duration.
