The mechanism comprises a pair of locking components (21). Each component has a first (211), second (212) and third (213) recess, a first (214) and second bore, a pair of driven components (22) with a first through-bore, a channel (222) with a first closed end and a second end in communication with the first through-bore. An elongated slot (225) is aligned to the first bore of the locking component. A protrusion (232) on a driven component (23) fits in a locking element (223) and the first driven component (22).
