<p>Methods for analyzing protein structure are disclosed. The methods of the invention permit identification of polypeptides which have structural homology to a known polypeptide, but have little sequence homology to the known polypeptide. The methods of the invention are useful for designing novel proteins having desired structural or functional characteristics.</p> |
