The system has a vessel (3) for the reception of liquid to be heated. A heating unit (4) is allocated to the vessel, and a turbulence creating unit (5) is immersed inside the vessel, at least during the heating of the liquid (2). The agitation unit has at least one displacement and agitator body (7), rotationally located in the vessel, movement connectable with a drive (6). The displacement and agitator body (7) is a rotor (9), arranged located rotationally at a shaft (8) in the vessel. The vessel has a removable cover (10). The shaft is rotationally located at a bearing end (11) in the cover.
