PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission efficiency and channel quality in the error compensation technology that compensates a code error caused at transmission by means of re-transmission. SOLUTION: A transmitter 10A extracts a sequence number in control information and a series of sequence numbers in succession to a sequence number corresponding to the newest data packet among the sequence numbers and sends a data packet corresponding to the sequence numbers in a prescribed timing. On the other hand, a receiver receives a data packet from the transmitter 10A to manage the sequence number of the data packet received normally. Then the receiver returns sequence numbers of data packets not received for each prescribed time sequentially in the order of older numbers by a prescribed number as control information to the transmitter 10A.
