<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on the contamination of the liquid in the failure including fracture, by comprising a three-way diaphragm valve having a housing comprising three flow ducts, and forming a valve stem assembly slidably mounted in the valve, by two valve members. SOLUTION: A three-way diaphragm 10 has a housing 11 comprising the first through third flow ducts 12, and a base 18 and an actuator 18 are installed. The actuator 18 fixed to a main body 28 by an upper side cap 20, comprises an inlet port 22, and a valve stem assembly 40 is installed in an opened chamber 34 coaxially with a vertical shaft A. The valve stem assembly 40 has the first and second valve members 42, 44, and the first and second diaphragms 46, 48 are formed integrally with the valve members 42, 44. Further the actuator 18 comprises a piston 60 to be connected to the assembly 40, and the valve members 42, 44 are opened and closed by the operation of the piston 60.</p> |
