PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform continuance of smooth operation prevented from the occurrence of hunting even when a gear shift lever is interfered with other object. SOLUTION: A gear shift operation structure of a working vehicle is formed such that by utilizing an electric motor 23 for controlling a car speed for a continuously variable gear shifter 3, artificial operation of a gear shift lever 26 is detected by a pressure-sensitive switches 27 and 28 assist operation of artificial gear shift operation is executed. In this case, a potentiometer 41 is provided to detect the operation position of the gear shift operation tool 26. Based on detecting information of the pressure-sensitive switches 27 and 28 and detecting information of a potentiometer 41, it is discriminated whether, during execution of control of a car speed, the gear shift lever 26 is interfered with an external object and the pressure-sensitive switches 27 and 28 effect erroneous detection. When it is discriminated that interference is effected, operation of the electric motor 23 based on car speed control is executed in succession in spite of detecting information of the pressure-sensitive switches 27 and 28. |
