PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labour of grindstone dressing work, to doubly keep working speed and a smooth finish property and to restrain tooth breaking by secondarily sintering a primarily sintered body constituted by sintering diamong abrasive grains a grain siameter of which is lower than a specific value and primary binding material particles and a grain diameter of which is within a specific range. SOLUTION: A grindstone 10 is constituted by secondarily sintering a primary sintered body 3 constituted by sintering diamong abrasive grains 1 and primary binding material particles 2 with secondary binding material particles 4. A processing surface is smoothly finished at the time of processing by making a grain diameter of the abrasive grains 1 less than 10μm. A grain diameter D of the primary sintered body 3 is within a range of 2μm-200μm. The abrasive grains 1 and the primary binding material particles 2 firmly bind each other on a fusion phase, and tooth breaking is prevented. The secondary binding material particles 4 are removed in advance on a grinding surface in the middle of processing, a pocket 6 is formed on the grinding surface, dropping of the abrased abrasive grains is promoted, and a grindstone dressing effect is provided.
