PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem of generating a gas from fixing tape for fixing the tip of an inner lead by, separately in each direction providing fixing tape using a thermosetting adhesive so as to bridge and cross between inner leads at the thin portion at each tip of the inner lead. SOLUTION: Fixing tape 120 using the thermosetting adhesive is attached to each etching surface 112E of a thin wall portion 112A at the tip of inner lead 112, so as to bridge and cross between the inner lead 112 separately each other in each direction along each side of the die pad 111, and then fixed to the tip portions of thinned inner leads 112. Then, both ends of fixing tape 120 is fixed to tab suspending lead 111A. This is able to cope with trend of the multiple terminals of lead frames, that is, narrow intervals of the tips of inner leads, and also the problem of a gas generated from the tape for fixing the inner lead tips, is eliminated. |
