发明名称 POLYMER BLEND COMPOSITION EXCELLENT IN PROCESSIBILITY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer blend compsn. improved in processibility by blending a polyolefin with a fluoropolymer having a low crystal melting point. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises a polyolefin and a partially crystalline fluoropolymer in an amt. enough to improve the processibility. The fluoropolymer has a hydrogen content of 2wt.% or lower, a melt viscosity of 0.1×10<3> -20×10<3> Pa.s, and a crystal-melting end point Tm of 170-265 deg.C. More in detail, the fluoropolymer is a partially crystalline tetrafluoroethylene- hexafluoropropylene copolymer having a high hexafluoropropylene content, exhibiting a hexafluoropropylene index of 6.4 to about 9. The Tm of the fluoropolymer is pref. in the range of from a temp. 40 deg.C lower than the extrusion temp. Tp of the polyolefin to a temp. 25 deg.C higher than the extrusion temp.
