<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable convenience of improved photographing by providing a device, with which the battery of a reduced capacity can be switched to the other battery, without stopping the power supply to a camera, inside the battery. SOLUTION: A means for mounting another battery 2 is provided at a battery 4. Then, when the battery 2 is attached, a microcomputer 9 detects the voltage of a positive electrode 11, judges the presence of an auxiliary battery and switches the battery 4 to the battery 2. Namely, first based on the judgement of presence of the auxiliary battery, control is executed so as to close a changeover switch 6 at a point where the voltage level of a positive electrode 7 is close to the operation guarantee voltage value of a set but does not become lower than the operation guarantee voltage value. At such a time, a voltage is supplied to the set by driving the batteries 4 and 2 in parallel. Afterwards, the microcomputer 9 performs control to have a changeover switch 5 opened for a time and completes the operation for switching a power supply source from the battery 4 to the battery 2.</p> |
