<p>The crystalline form of N-[4-[5-(cyclopentyloxycarbonyl) amino-1-methylindol-3-ylmethyl]-3-methoxybenzoyl]-2- -methylbenzene sulphonamide has a diffraction X-ray spectrum measured with the use of the powder method with the specific peaks at 2.theta = 8,1, 13,7, 16,4, 20,5 and 23,7 degrees and the infrared spectrum (0,5 percent in KBr) with the sharp peaks at 3370, 1670, 1525, 1490, 1280, 890, 870 and 550 cm-1. The procedure related to the preparation of this compound is based on this principle that the source closed to N-[4-[5- -(cyclopentoxycarbonyl)amino-1-methylindol-3-ylmethyl]-3- -methoxybenzoyl]-2-methylbenzenesulphonamide is dissolved in hot acetone mixed with water, its volume is made smaller with the use of evaporation, toluene is added and the volume is lowered with the use of evaporation again.</p> |
