The filler body (8) has an anti-filling valve, while a sleeve (13) snaps into engagement with the bottle. A joint line (28) is formed by ultrasonic welding between the sleeve and the body. A cap screws onto the latter, and a security seal is fitted between the cap and sleeve. The lug (30) can protrude from the sleeve, while the annular fixing position (29) is formed on the body. The lug can contain recesses (39) at 90 degree intervals.
