N-HETEROARYL-PYRIDINESULFONAMIDE DERIVATIVES AND THEIR USE AS ENDOTHELIN ANTAGONISTS

Disclosed are pharmaceutical useful derivatives of general formula (Ia), wherein the general substituents have the meanings stated in description and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and pharmaceutical preparations containing them. These compound have antagonistic effect against receptor endothelin and are useful in treatment of diseases or states with important role of increased of abnormal level of endothelin. Disclosed is also preparation method of compounds, intermediates and use of these derivatives for the treatment.
