PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burn mark on a mold from being generated and also solve a problem of poor release of moldings from the mold by forming lattice- like mesh grooves in a top force and further, forming guide zonal grooves of a larger diameter than that of the mesh grooves, and at the same time, forming zonal grooves communicating directly with a frame groove. SOLUTION: Lattice-like mesh grooves 7 as lengthwise grooves are formed in an upper mold 1 for a mesh part, and a frame groove 8 is formed on the outer peripheral part of the mesh grooves 7 in such a way that the groove 8 encircles the grooves 7. In addition, guide grooves 10 which are of a larger diameter than the grooves 7 are formed on the grooves 7 of the upper mold 1 to store a molten resin to be injected from an injection molding machine and at the same time, press and discharge the molten resin by preventing the molten resin from flowing directly into the frame groove 8. Further, band-like grooves 9 are formed, as grooves of larger diameter than that of the mesh grooves 7, by causing the band-like groove 9 to communicate directly with the frame groove 8 of the upper mold 1. Thus it is possible to prevent the mold from being burned and also solve a problem with inferior mold release. Consequently, the mesh filter product can be manufactured at a high yield. |
