PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print head whereby the number of components and the number of assembly steps are reduced, the number of parts to be discarded when the print head is defective is limited to a minimum and production costs are reduced. SOLUTION: An ink flow tube 4 is set at a connector housing 3 and a connector pin 7 is integrally formed with the housing 3. After a heater substrate 1 and a nozzle top plate 2 are set to a base 8, the connector housing 3 is positioned and fitted. As a result, the ink flow tube 4 is connected to an ink feed port of the nozzle top plate 2. Moreover, a connecting part on the heater substrate 1 and the connector pin 7 are positioned. A contact part at the side of a print chip of the connector pin 7 is pressed in touch with the corresponding connecting part 9 on the heater substrate 1, and accordingly electrically connected. Thereafter, an FPC(flexible print cable) is inserted from a slot 10, which is held by the connector pin 7 and electrically connected. |
