PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a ceiling board by pinching the top face of the ceiling board and a bottom end of an upper cradling material by a fixing U-shaped clip whose lateral side is open. SOLUTION: A transportation container 1 is constituted in such a manner that one through four sheets of panels are formed into square cylindrical shapes by molding or jointing, and an upper opening of an angular sleeve-like side face panel 2 with a U-shaped upper cradling material 5 fitted in its top edge is closed by a ceiling board 3 having side boards 3a protruded downward on its peripheral four side parts. The top face of the ceiling board 3 and the bottom end of the upper cradling material 5 are pinched by a fixing U-shaped clip 10 whose lateral side is open so as to fix the ceiling board 3.
