PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a new blood vessel of cardiac muscle tissue by providing a positioning catheter where an expandable balloon is arranged in a tip part, a positioning guide wire protruding from its tip and a notching catheter protrusively arranged in a base end part of the positioning catheter. SOLUTION: An opening instrument is composed of a positioning guide wire 11, a positioning catheter 12 and a notching catheter 14, and the positioning guide wire 11 is extended through a lumen 15 of the positioning catheter 12. Blades 22 (22a and 22b) are installed in the radial direction around the pointed tip 20 of the catheter 14 in the notching catheter 14, and an expandable balloon 24 is installed on the tip 16 of the positioning catheter 12, and this balloon 24 is arranged so as to communicate with the tip 16 of the positioning catheter 12. The notching catheter 14 is arranged so as to be sent into through an arranging lumen formed in the positioning catheter 12, and is selectively protruded. |
