PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix purge ratio of vaporized fuel gas relating to intake air even in any condition when a vortex is generated by squeezing an intake passage by an intake control valve and when the intake passage is opened, in an engine provided with an intake control valve generating the vortex relating to intake air supplied to a combustion chamber in the intake passage in the downstream of a throttle valve. SOLUTION: Purge ratio relating to intake air of vaporized fuel gas accumulated in a canister is set by a canister purge control valve, in its opening, when an intake passage is squeezed by an intake control valve, a first basic map CPCMAP1 is selected (S3), when squeezing of the intake passage by the intake control valve is opened, a second basic map CPCMAP2 is selected (S4), referring to the selected basic map, a basic valve opening is set. In the same operating region of both the basic maps CPCMAP1, CPCMAP2, even in any condition when the intake passage is squeezed by the intake control valve and when opened, an optimum valve opening fixing the purge ratio is stored. |
