PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity in manufacturing process by reducing the man-hour for gel injection and simplifying assembling. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an objective lens 1, objective lens holding means 2, 5, 12 for holding the objective lens 1, an objective lens driving means 3, 7 for driving the objective lens 1 and objective lens stabilizing means 5, 7, 10 for smoothing the operation of the objective lens. The objective lens stabilizing means 5, 7, 10 have injected matter for attenuating the oscillation of the objective lens 1 and an injected matter holding means 5, 7, 10 for holding the injected matter and the injected matter is injected in the injected matter holding means 5, 7, 10 without changing the attitude of the injected matter holding means 5, 7, 10 during assembling. |
