PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object-holding device which can transport an object to be measured to a prescribed position by surely recognizing the entire or partial external shape of the object by suppressing the reflection of light on the surface of a suction nozzle by forming at least the front end section of the nozzle of a ceramic, having reflectivity of a specific value or smaller to light having a specific wavelength. SOLUTION: An object-holding device 1 for optical measurement is composed of suction nozzle 2, having a conical body which is tapered off to its front end having a flat sucking surface 3 and a holding member 6, having a recessed section 7 into which the nozzle 2 is inserted. The nozzle 2 is formed of a black ceramic and, at the same time, the holding member 6 is formed of a metal, such as stainless steel, aluminum, alloy tool steel, etc. Such a ceramic that has reflectivity of <=40% with respect to light, having a wavelength of 400-1,000nm is used for forming the nozzle 2. The black ceramic can use alumina, zirconia, etc., containing an added color pigment. |
