PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defective meter inspection caused by the missing and the duplication of the meter inspection time positively at the time for starting summer time and the returning time from the summer time. SOLUTION: This wattmeter has a timepiece part 3 having a calender function and a summer-time condition setting part 40 for setting the summer-time executing conditions and is constituted so as to store the various kinds of measured results that are measured at the specified meter inspection times and days in a memory. In this case, the suitable time correcting hour band is set in correspondence with the adjusting time width of the summer time at the starting time of the summer time and the returning time in a timepiece part. The time ticking of the inner timepiece in the time correcting hour band is changed. The time passage of the time part, which becomes discontinuous at the summer-time-style time, is absorbed in the time correcting hour band. By providing a time adjusting part 8, the time measurement is adjusted so that the passage of the time is continued in the apparent pattern. |
