摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability by using a ceramic material prepared by mixing a second oxide such as yttria by about 0.5 to 5mol% to zirconium oxide. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of second oxide powders 102 such as yttria, magnesia and calcium oxide are mixed to a zirconia powder 100 to obtain a zirconia alloy powder 104 in a fine particle state. When yttria or calcium oxide is selected, the mixing ratio is controlled to about 0.5mol% to about 5mol%. When magnesia is selected, the mixing ratio is controlled to about 0.1mol% to about 1.0mol%. Moreover, by mixing aluminum oxide in a fine particle state 103 to the fine zirconia alloy powder 104, the weight and material cost can be decreased.
