PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the subject improver, comprising a specific compound, capable of stimulating secretory organs and promoting an improving actions of aqueous body fluids (water), having actions such as skin beautifying actions and therapeutic actions on atopic dermatitis and useful as a food or a medicine. SOLUTION: This improver for aqueous body fluids (water) comprises a compound represented by formula I (R1 and R3 are each a low-chain length alkyl, a low-chain length alkyloxy, OH or H; R2 is a low-chain length acyloxy or OH; R4 is a carbonylalkenyl or an alkenylcarbonyl) and/or its physiologically permissible salt. The compound represented by formula I is preferably capsaicin represented by formula II, sinapine represented by formula III, curcumin represented by formula IV or an acylated substance thereof. For example, the daily dose thereof for an adult is preferably 1-10,000mg orally administered in one to several divided portions at the time of administration. |
