<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a branch pipe conveniently, quickly, accurately, and economically without leakage of a fluid pressure at the time of reversing a lining material. SOLUTION: A cylindrical supporting pipe 15 having a take-out opening 11 for taking out a cylindrical lining with a rib 7 reversely. A stretchable fluid chamber pipe 16 with a double pipe structure having a hollow part 66 at the outer periphery of the supporting pipe is provided. A working cylinder having a working shaft to move receiprocally and rotatably and a main body is provided. By interlocking the working cylinder and the supporting pipe 15, temporarily fixing the working cylinder to the inner periphery surface of a main pipe 1 and moving the working shaft of the working cylinder reciprocally and rotating, the reciprocal motion and the rotation can be provided to the supporting pipe so that the take-out opening 11 can be positioned corresponding to the outlet 13 of the branch pipe 12.</p> |
