PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy reading of the contents of print, by providing a device that separates the contents of storage based on the data attiribute plus an attribute buffer of the data. CONSTITUTION:An attribute buffer 5 stores the attribute of data in a storage device 1, and an attribute separating device 4 that separtes the print data according to the data attribute. An editing device 2 reads the data in the device 1 according to the value of an editing register 21 and then prints 3 it through a printing device 3 after editing the data into the characters, binary number, 8-notation number, floating decimal point number and others. While the device 4 compares an end address 43b of a range designating register 43 with the end address of a read register 44 after giving a writing to the register 21. If the address 43b is larger than the address of the register 44, the next column in the buffer 5 read previously is read to the register 44. Then both the head and end addresses based on the attribute plus the attribute are sent again to the editing register from the register 43 and 44 through the device 3 after the pre-edition is printed. |
