PURPOSE:To achieve products excellent in the characteristics, by reinforcing aluminum, aluminum alloy, nickel and magnesium with carbon fiber, silicon carbide fiber and boron fiber, and forming a diaphragm plate with plate body orientating the fiber to specific direction. CONSTITUTION:Either of aluminum, aluminum alloy, nickel, or magnesium is reinforced with either of carbon fiber, silicon carbide fiber of boron fiber with wet, or dry plating or jetting, to form fiber reinforced metallic composite member (FRM). A diaphragm plate of cone type 3, rectangular flat plate 5 or ellipse type 6 can be formed by using this FRM. The orientation of fiber is made to circumferential direction 4 for the cone type 3, long side direction 4 for the rectangular flat plate 5, and long diameter 4 for the ellipse type 6. Thus, the Young's modulus and high temperature resistance can be increased, allowing to achieve a diaphragm plate with excellent acoustic characteristics. |
