PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve pot boiling efficiency, to achieve uniform boiling and to lower a boiling machine manufacture cost and a boiling production cost in boiling of small fish such as boiled and dried white bait. SOLUTION: In this pot of the boiling machine or the like to which a transfer flow passage 2 formed in a continuous zigzag shape by alternately providing U-shaped end parts 2a on both ends is housed inside the upper tank of a tank 1 through a partition plate and a heating device is disposed inside a lower tank at the lower part of the partition plate, a net-like part 6 for making hot water flow in corresponding to the flow of the hot water inside the transfer flow passage 2 is provided on a flowing direction turning side bottom surface at the U-shaped end part 2a of the transfer flow passage 2 and a heating piping furnace utilizing combustion gas from a burner 7 is adopted for the heating device.
