PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an illegal act generated in the process of the acceptance of a transaction and the final approval of its contents by approving the transaction requested by telephone from a customer by using an approval support unit which is determined at random from among approval support units. SOLUTION: When the system is started up, each approving person makes a log-in scan at his or her approval terminal. Consequently, the relation between the approving person and the approval terminal that the approving person uses is described in a table. A control unit 101 determines one approving person which makes an approval request at random among approving persons. The ID of the determined approving person is set in transaction data. Thus, the approving person, who approves the transaction, is determined, the control unit 101 communicates with a data base server through a LAN unit 106 and sends transaction data stored in a memory unit 102, a conversation file, and a document file corresponding to the conversation to the data base server. |
