PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical injection device such as a pre-charge type injector or the like having a safety shield body which can be locked. SOLUTION: A safety shield body 42 includes a lock fixing mechanism composed in such a way that the shield body 42 supplied to a medicine manufacturer can be easily installed on an injector. The lock fixing mechanism includes at least one arm 50 provided on a main body of the shield body 42 which can be deformed. The arm 50 has a closer end which can be deformed inward the shield body 42. A stop member is provided on the inner side of the shield body 42 to be apart from the closer end of the arm 50 which can be deformed. A ring is slidable in an axial direction on the shield body 42, so by deforming the arm 50 inward the shield body 42, the lock fixing mechanism is actuated. The shield body 42 is slided to be farther by the last user, so a collar 32 is held to be fixed between the stop member and the closer end of the arm 50 which can be deformed. |
