PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transceiving call sensitivity while battery out is prevented of a portable telephone, in the case of using it in data communication. SOLUTION: In a device, there is provided with a branch circuit for simultaneously permitting connection between a portable telephone 1 and a personal computer 3 through a data communication modem 2 and connection between the portable telephone 1 and a power feed adapter 26 for charging a battery pack, which is a power source of the portable telephone 1. Also a front/rear part pawl is provided turnably in an outer wall of a main unit of a connection branch device 5. In the case of data communication, the front/rear part pawl is opened, in a position distant from a desk top surface mounting the main unit of the connection branch device 5, the portable telephone is held, and by connecting a connection cable 11 to the portable telephone 1, the data communication can be performed simultaneously with charging the battery pack. |
