PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter which can indicate the quality of generation and a its control constant, even at night time when there is no sunlight. SOLUTION: This inverter is constituted of a voltage-monitoring circuit 5 which connects a solar battery 1 to a controlling power circuit 7, through a first relay 6 when it detects that the generated voltage of the solar battery 1 reaches the voltage level set, the controlling power circuit 7 to which the voltage-monitoring circuit 5 and a DC power circuit which uses DC obtained by rectifying the output of the system power supply by a rectifying circuit through a second relay 30 since its supply power are connected in parallel through a voltage dominant circuit 31, and a switching means which connects the system power supply to an exciting section of the second relay 30. |
