MEDICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING ANTIBODY AGAINST PAPILLOMA VIRUS PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medical composition containing an antibody against papilloma virus protein, capable of diagnosing epithelium neoplasia and skin carcinoma, excellent in efficacy of a medicine, and useful for treatment of papilloma virus infection. SOLUTION: This medical composition containing an antibody against papilloma virus protein comprises a combination of (A) an antibody containing at least one purified and isolated antibody against a part characteristic of E6, E7 and/or L2 protein coded by DNA sequence of one or plural kinds of papilloma virus showing <50% mutual cross-hybridization in a rugged condition or a mixture of the antibodies, and (B) an acceptable pharmaceutical vehicle. Further, the papilloma virus is preferably papilloma virus 1 or 4.
